There would be less of these issues if they investigated people that have been on for years they will find out they don't need the services any more. Things in Thier life have gotten better. Then you can take the housing and give it to people who really need it. People use states services as a crutch they don't want to get real jobs and help themselves the government makes it to easy the live off the system
